I grew up surrounded by books. There was always was (and still is) a stack of books on my bedside table. From an early age I enjoyed trips to the local bookstore. I’d take forever to peruse the aisles, flip through the best sellers, search out my favourite authors, and see which new fiction series I could get lost in. I married a man with the same love. The dozen or so bookshelves in our home are overflowing, stacks upon stacks lay in the corners of rooms. Some have been read so many times, they no longer close.
You can only imagine my excitement when I learned my new job (at Graf-Martin) included reading BOOKS and a lot of them. For the past 25 years of church leadership, I’ve read my fair share of non-fiction… I think it’s time for me to pick up a new fiction series and I know just where to start…
