classico meatball sliders

September is here again which means school is back in session and that also means having to scramble to figure out what to eat when everyone gets home. I’m all about making life less stressful for our busy family with easy weeknight dinners. Personally, dinner is my favourite meal of the day. I really look forward to sitting down with the family and having something super yummy to enjoy. As a huge fan of quick and easy recipes, I thought I’d share one of my new favourite quick dinners!

Meatball Sliders!

I made this the other night and let me tell you, we will be making this more often. It’s so good, very filling and most importantly… QUICK!! It will take you less than 20-25 minutes to put it all together from fridge to table. Check out a similar recipe for full sized meat lover’s meatball subs

Step 4.

Spread melted garlic butter over tops of the rolls and place in oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. You may need to cover the rolls with tin foil so they won’t burn. Check them between 8-10 minutes.
