Did you survive the weekend?
There was a study done, yes they spent millions on this… to pin-point the exact worst day of the entire year. In all their expensive research they found that January 25th is it. Dooms Day has been found. The ultimate worst day ever. The data showed that the combination of how long winter has been so far, the darker days, added with the first of the Christmas shopping bills coming in – coupled with the information that the majority of people gave up on their New Year’s Resolution by this point. Voila… the worst day of the year.
So how did you cope?
So what kind of day is it if you don’t have any Christmas bills becuase you paid cash, and you didn’t make any New Years Resolutions????? I would say it’s another day in paradise! That’s how my day went!

I was sicker than I have been in a year!!
Let’s see…my only complains about the 25th…the sugar cookie icing I made was very difficult to spread on the cookies…and my trip to find boots and shoes was unsuccessful. Definitely not the worse day of the year.
Wow. Yeah I can see how all the grocery shopping with a 3 year old could be categorized as that. 😉 WHATEVER!

ditto to the paying cash for Christmas… we had a great day. we stayed in made popcorn and watched movies!
