I hope this quick post ties you over until I can get everything together to share with you what Blissdom Canada 2010 was actually all about. A special thank you to one of the official sponsors of Blissdom Canada. GM Canada provided us with transportation and drivers between the different venues and parties. My taxi cab fund thanks you! The President of General Motors Canada, Kevin W Williams, even made us feel welcome during the first official session on Thursday. He was so down-to-earth in his jeans and casual “speech” and ensured us that the new GM is nothing like the old one. He made me want to trust him. I am looking forward to their recovery from the most recent economic struggles.

On the first day of Blissdom, I wore this white, Stripe Ruffle Shirt, Glen Check Vest, Jeggings & beautiful silver and crystal rose choker necklace. I wore the Jeggings the entire conference, they were SOOO comfortable and stylish! The 2nd photo is of me with Scott Stratten from Un-Marketing.com – I was totally crushing on his AWESOME Social Media skills!
Day two – I wore those Jeggings again with the same white shirt but this time with a great black “Net Vest Shawl” and a great silver and rhinestone chain knot necklace. Even the black feather pin on my briefcase is from Northern Reflections?! It’s not all fleece and ducks anymore!! 🙂

I’m so happy we finally got to meet in real life! Yes, Blissdom Canada brought us together for the very first time in 3+ years of an online-only friendship! I wrote about it with a video of our actual first meet-up at the airport! Today I am totally suffering from major Tara withdrawal. We had to Skype and just pretend we were sitting directly across the table from each other. It sucks to be 21 hours away (by car) from each other but I am so, so, so glad that we had the few days together that we did!

I never would have thought I'd like anything from Northern Reflections and scrolled through the pics, believing I'd hate them all. And then I couldn't find a single one I didn't LOVE! Wow.
