On Sunday in the van on the way to the church for the evening festivities my 4 year old, Li Li, says to our student from China, “Your home is next to Russia.” It was very matter-of-factly. It was out of the blue and took us all by surprise. He then continues by saying, “We live next to the United States and when we’re in the United States we’re close to Mexico.” Well ok then little Mr. Geography man. We had our lesson for the day!

He must get that from his traveling family. We found that Q picked up how to read a map really easy and would navigate for us. You probably will never have to buy a GPS as long as the children are with you.
