My Princess…
It’s okay to cry

I see how hard you try to handle your heart, and I know you want to live a life without heartaches or pain. I’m asking you to take a step closer to your Father in heaven by crying out to Me when you hurt. Let Me heal you. Remember My chosen, King David? He cried out to Me in his fears, disappointments, and sin, and I answered. You are also My chosen one, and you are My daughter… so it’s okay to cry. I don’t expect you to pretend that pain is not real. It is truth and tears that will give you the freedom that I want you to know. Now let go of that part of your heart that only I can heal. Let your heavenly Daddy hold you while you cry.

Love,
Your King who wipes away your tears.

  1. I think I may just have to get this devotional book that your posting from. It sounds like a book I personally would benifit from greatly!! 🙂 P.S My hubby has two job interviews this week. YAY! 🙂

  2. That was a lovely passage. Yes, I would like to know the name of the book as well!

P.S. I just read your post below.
I use only Raw sugar cane in my house (well, I’m a soda junkie, so that’s horrible).

raw sugar, the way God intended it, is best for you because your body processes it slowly, and so not much of it is turned into fat. When they pound out all the goodness, and refine it, your body doesn’t know what to do with it and so it stores it as fat! Yes, you are soo right about sugar. Why can’t people leave Gods food alone? He knows what is best for your body! He created it for heaven sakes! This is also true for whole wheat. when they pound out all the germ and enrich it, your body doesn’t know what to do and then stores it as fat as well. Unfortunatley, 100% whole wheat made without high fructose corn syrup is like $4 a loaf!!

  3. hey! call me for details!!

that was good sounds like a great devotional!
